Automated Phenospex phenotyping platform, installed in a climate‑controlled greenhouse equipped with a lighting system for photoperiod regulation. The facility includes four benches, providing a total of eight scanning blocks.
Morphological and multispectral phenotyping analyses on potted plants grown in a semi‑controlled environment (greenhouse). Most commonly used species: tomato, cucumber, grapevine.
A PSI PlantScreen SC phenotyping cabinet equipped with a fluorescence imaging system (High‑Sensitivity Kinetic Chlorophyll Fluorescence Imaging unit) and an RGB morphometric imaging module. The system can accommodate plants up to 1.50 m in height, with a scanning area of 35 × 35 cm.
